The address is 1825 Pacific Ave. It is the former location of the Stockton Royal Theater. We will meet inside the theater itself.

Be sure to notify any guests that are planning to come to the meeting.

Attached are the minutes from the last meeting. We are having difficulty voting on things because attendance is down over the summer. Please make an effort to be at the meeting so we can vote on important issues and new members.

Regarding the voting... An important vote is needed regarding the Bridal Ball. Even though the Stockton Golf and Country Club agreed to host our event, we feel that the time to put together a quality bridal event is past already. At the last meeting we decided to vote on postponing the show until January.

In order to make sure we have a full vote we would like you to cast your vote via email. Please do so before Monday at 10 am. You can send your vote as a reply to this message.

Here is what your vote means: Yes, I want to postpone the Bridal Ball to January... or... No, I do not want to postpone the Bridal Ball to January, but keep it in September.

Summer Update!
It is that time again. The next meeting for the Stockton Association of Wedding Professionals is this coming Monday, July 21 at noon. Our lunch and meeting space will be provided by Le Bistro restaurant in Stockton. Many thanks to Colleen and Matt for offering to host us this week.

Our shop talk will be Formal Connection, and we will be discussing the status of the September Bridal Show as well as the new updates to the website and more.

Please remember to pick up your invoices from Susan since Nicole is on maternity leave for the next several meetings. (We will be sure to keep you posted regarding the birth of her baby.)
