The association will provide one lunch per meeting per company in attendance, any and all guests are responsible for there own lunch unless they are a perspective member, or guest speaker. |

Each member or a representative of the member company must attend a minimum of one meeting permonth. If the member fails to meet this requirement, the association reserves the right to discuss membership status. |

All meetings will be held every other Monday of each month, if any changes or cancellations are made, each member will be contacted. |

Dues ($40/month) are to be paid monthly. If a member chooses to pay quarterly or yearly, arrangements can be discussed with the president or vice-president. |

If dues remain unpaid for 30 days, a $10 late fee will be assessed. After three months of delinquency, the status of membership in the association will be voted on at the following membership meeting. |

If a member makes the decision to no longer be a member of the association, you must give us notice in writing, as we only have (2) spots available, we will need time to fill the vacancy. If notice is not given in writing the member will be held responsible for monthly dues until notice is received or membership is terminated by the association. |

All association voting requires a 2/3 majority of the membership to pass, and only (1) member from a single company can vote. On the day of a vote any members not in attendance of the meeting will not be able to vote.

The association will need to fill any positions that are unoccupied, we as a group will vote on any vendors requesting to become a member. Once the vote is made the vendor will then be contacted by the sponsoring member or a board member. The new member voting process is as follows:
- Any prospective member who contacts us directly must complete application and provide information on there business which will be brought to discussion at following meeting before an invite can be extended.
- Upon acceptance of association the perspective member will be invited to the following meeting to present themselves and there business to the association members. Including why they would be a positive addition to the association.
- The applicant in question will be excused at the conclusion of the meeting at which time we will commence with the voting process. All votes will be blind ballot.

This association represents Stockton's finest wedding vendors, however if we are unable to fill one of our vendor slots, members are encouraged to invite vendors from our surrounding areas (Lodi, Tracy, Modesto, Manteca, Lathrop, Galt). If a member decides to invite a vendor from outside the Stockton area, they must first bring it to a vote upon the association for approval. |

As an association we have come together to bring brides the "best of the best" Stockton has to offer in wedding vendors, and we want everyone to be able to recommend everyone else to their clientele. If we get repetitive negative information regarding the business practices of any member, we reserve the right to vote on that member's status in the association. There will be a 60 day probation period in which no complaints can be received. If the association continues to receive complaints, the membership will make a final decision on this member's status. If voted out of the association, the offending member must immediately be unlisted as a member and return any items that represent the company as a member of
the association (i.e. plaques, flyers etc.). |

All dues will go to help us pay for website upkeep, plaques, lunches and any other purchases made for the association. Ten dollars from each member's dues will be set aside monthly for advertising and marketing of the association as a whole. No purchases will be made without approval of the members of the association and can only be made by the president or vice-president of the association. Monthly accounting printouts will be available upon request. |

Board members consist of president, vice-president , treasurer and secretary. Due to the amount of outside time and personal expense required to fulfill their responsibilities, the board officer's membership dues will be waived for the duration of their term in office. |
