Lodi photographer Lori Makabe specializes in weddings, engagements and portraits as well as special events for corporate clients. Her photographic skills, technical knowledge and sense of artistry have earned Lori numerous awards including recognition in Islands Magazine, Smithsonian Online, Photo District News, Top Knots, and Sacramento Bride and Groom. Her work is frequently found in editorials including Solano and San Joaquin Magazines and The Delta Explorer. In the corporate world, Lori has worked as a photographer’s assistant at MacWorld and the E-3 Expo and her work is often purchased for annual reports and advertising usages.

Besides wedding photography in Lodi, Stockton, the Delta and Northern California, Lori has photographed weddings in Montana, Tennessee, Las Vegas, and on an international level, Mexico, Vietnam, Italy and Poland. She frequently covers weddings in the East Cape and the Los Cabos region of Baja California Sur, where she spends her winters.
